The MeetPal Mobile Application (“App”) and all the content available on it along with the trademarks, copyright, service marks, trade names and other intellectual and proprietary notices displayed on the App are the property of – or otherwise are licensed to ElevateLife Inc, a corporation bearing file number 2606984 (“corporation”) or its licensors or affiliates, whether acknowledged (or not), and which are protected under intellectual and proprietary rights throughout the world.  Respective title holders may or may not be affiliated with us or our affiliates, partners, and advertisers.

Except as otherwise provided anywhere in the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, no section hereof shall be construed as intent to grant to you any interest in the App or our Services, in whole or in part. All content and materials included as part of the Services (as defined in Terms of Service), such as images, photographs, graphics, texts, forms, lists, charts, guidelines, data, logos, code, icons, videos, audio, and other content are the property of, are licensed to or are otherwise duly available to corporation, its affiliates, its licensors or to the appertaining third-party copyrights holder.

You acknowledge and agree that any and all infringing use or exploitation of copyrighted content in the App and our Services may cause us, our affiliates, licensors, or content providers irreparable injury, which may not be remedied solely at law, and therefore our affiliates, licensors or content providers may seek remedy for breach of these Terms, either in equity or through injunctive or other equitable relief. The App or the corporation grants no permission to you for the use of these trade-marks, and such use may constitute an infringement of Intellectual Property rights.

The third-party registered and unregistered trade-marks or service marks on the App are the property of their respective owners and, unless stated otherwise in the Terms, we do not endorse and are not affiliated with any of the holders of any such rights and as such we cannot grant any license to exercise such rights.
